Castle funicular – great view and fast climb

The Castle funicular might not be the fastest and the most effective way to go to the Castle, but it’s the most spectacular one for sure. It goes up from Clark Adam square (Buda side of the Chain Bridge, right on the left hand side of the tunnel). Tickets cost 600 HUF upwards and 500 HUF downwards for an adult. The service runs from 7:30 am until 10 pm.
